Cops say a local senior was beaten with a stick by two perps who robbed his deli late last month.

According to police, the victim — a 67-year-old man — was beaten with a stick by two male crooks who robbed his store, located near Avenue T and West Fifth Street, on Monday, March 27 at around 2:05 p.m.

According to reports, the perp stole items from the deli and fled the scene, at which time the man ran after the duo before falling on the ground. Once the perps saw the man fall, they ran back to him and struck him before fleeing eastbound on Avenue T.

No arrests have been made.
