Cops release photos of suspects in Ridge deli shooting

Cops are looking for three potential suspects who were captured on surveillance footage after a 4 a.m. shooting at a Third Avenue deli left four people wounded on Saturday, October 8.

Police say that at least two of the perps had guns on them and began firing multiple shots, hitting several people inside of the store, located at 7301 Third Avenue, with bullets.

The victims, a 28-year-old man who sustained a gunshot wound to the left armpit and buttocks, a 44-year-old man who sustained a gunshot wound to the chin, a 46-year-old man who sustained a gunshot wound to the back and a stab wound to the stomach, and a 33-year-old man who sustained a gunshot wound to the ankle, were all in stable condition when admitted to NYU Lutheran Medical Center.

The three individuals fled the location in an unknown direction. No arrests have been made and the investigation is still ongoing.

All three suspects are described as Hispanic males in their mid to late 20s. One was last seen wearing a white shirt, long black shorts and a black baseball cap; another was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie and black and white sneakers; and the third was last seen wearing black pants, a black shirt and black shoes.

    This is simply not accurate. The argument had nothing to do with anyone who worked at the store, and the 3 gunmen were not inside.

    There are so many other news sources who have the story right – 2 days ago – how is this so off? Don’t spread misinformation.
