Santos Carrasquillo has been missing since Tuesday, October 4.

Have you seen 82-year-old Santos Carrasquillo?

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the 82-year-old who, they say, went missing just after 11 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4.

Carrasquillo, described by police as 5’1,” 150 lbs, with a mustache and birthmark on the right side of his forehead, was last seen at his assisted living home in Coney Island, located at 3602 Mermaid Avenue.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a green shirt and black shoes.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).  The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the crime stoppers website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577. All calls are strictly confidential.
