Dress in your Mets best for a chance to win World Series tix

Want to go to the World Series? Tell it to the Bolts.

The Brooklyn Bolts of the Fall Experimental Football League will be playing their final home game of the 2015 season at MCU Park this Thursday, October 29 against the Florida Blacktips.  The team will be celebrating Halloween at the ballpark, and as part of the evening’s festivities, the person in the best Mets-inspired costume will win a pair of tickets to Game Three of the World Series to be played at Citi Field on Friday night.

Fans can dress as their favorite player, Mr. & Mrs. Met, the Home Run Apple – the possibilities are endless.  The most ‘Amazin’’ costume will win the tickets to the first World Series game ever played at Citi Field.

The Bolts, led by quarterback Josh Freeman, are 3-1 during the 2015 season and will be looking to avenge their lone loss of the season when they take on the Blacktips at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive a Brooklyn Bolts football.

Keeping with Halloween tradition, trick or treating will also take place around the stadium with prizes courtesy of Party City for best adult and child costumes.

Tickets, which start at $15, can be purchased by calling 718–507–TIXX, by visiting the MCU Park Box Office or by logging on to BKLYNBolts.com.
