A 42-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday, September 27 at around 2:13 p.m. after he assaulted a cab driver, cops say.

According to police, as the driver was dispatched to pick up a passenger at Fifth Avenue and 31st Street, the suspect approached the driver’s side of the car and displayed a gun while yelling at him.
