A 33-year-old man was robbed by three crooks near 97th Street and Shore Road on Sunday, December 31. Reports claim that at around 6:40 p.m., one of the three perps, a woman known to the victim, contacted him, and asked him to meet her and give her $20. When they met, the woman was accompanied by another perp. While the two distracted him, a third perp approached him from across the street. The trio then said, “Now that we have $20, give us everything else you got.”

After the victim said he had nothing else, one of the perps grabbed his neck from behind and cut his hand with an unknown weapon. The three then fled eastbound on 97th Street in a white van.

No arrests have been made.
