Man slashed by crooks after boarding Stillwell Avenue N Train

Cops say a 21-year-old man was slashed in the face with a knife several times at around midnight on Tuesday, February 11 after boarding the northbound N train at Stillwell Avenue.

According to police, after he entered the front of the train, the man was approached by two men in their early 20s who asked to see his phone. When the man refused and tried to walk away, one of the perps took out a knife. After a struggle, the perp allegedly slashed him in the face.

When the train pulled into Bay Parkway station, cops said, the MTA held it there and locked the doors. The perps then went through the doors of the train, hopped onto the platform and fled the station on foot.
