Muffin’s Pet Connection: Week of November 22

EXTREMELY URGENT: Jeffrey, a handsome black and white tuxedo Pit mix, has spent the past three-years living at the Brookhaven Animal Shelter, patiently waiting for a forever home. He is such a kind soul and enjoys being your best friend.

Jeffrey loves going to the park, taking leisurely strolls and going for rides in the car and an occasional treat at a drive-through. He would prefer to be the only pet in the house. Jeffrey knows basic obedience, walks nicely on a leash and wants to be your all!

He is a favorite at the shelter with the volunteers and often accompanies one of them around town or home. He is not a fan of cats though. He also has not been around a lot of dogs so he could use training and assessment before introducing him to any dogs.

BUT he is a people dog, so great with anyone who lives alone and wants companionship. Woof woof, come and meet Jeffrey, WEEKENDS at 271 17th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215, in Park Slope, from noon until 5 p.m. You get to meet and greet many cats and kittens, and one heck of a cute dog. Please call Laurie ASAP at 917-754-3537.
