There will be overnight lane closures from Thursday, April 5 to Saturday, April 7 on the Belt Parkway to accommodate installation of new signage near the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge in Brooklyn.
From Thursday, April 5 at 10 p.m. to Friday, April 6 at 5 a.m., the right lane will be closed on the westbound Belt Parkway near Exit 3. The left lane will remain open to traffic exiting onto the bridge.
Then, from Friday, April 6 at 11:59 p.m. through Saturday, April 7 at 5 a.m., the left lane in both directions will be closed on the Belt Parkway near Bay Eighth Street, Exit 4. The center lane will also be closed in both directions on the Belt Parkway near Bay Eighth Street from 1 to 5 a.m. on Saturday, April 7.
MTA Bridges & Tunnels recommends allowing additional travel time or taking an alternate route.
