Jefferson Dems celebrate.
On Sunday, November 1, the Thomas Jefferson Democratic Club of Kings County celebrated its 60th annual dinner dance at El Caribe Country Club, on Strickland Avenue in Mill Basin.
Honored for 2015 were Assemblymember Joseph Lentol, who has represented Williamsburg and Greenpoint since 1973; Ian Gaynor, law chair for the club; attorney Howard Fensterman of Abrams-Fensterman, LLP; and Ingrid Lewis-Martin, senior advisor to Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams.
Over 500 people attended the gala event to support the Canarsie-based organization, led by Kings County Democratic Chair Frank Seddio and Democratic District Leader Roberta Sherman. Among the guests were Mayor Bill de Blasio, Adams, and numerous members of the borough’s legislative delegation.
