The Parkville Youth Organization kicked off its Gridiron full tackle football program with an opening ceremony and two exhibition football games. Assemblymember Peter Abbate was on hand lending his support and the families and friends of the players were treated to some heads-up football.
The peewee division gave an outstanding performance and a glimpse of what to expect this season. The players were awesome, showing their newly learned skills with enthusiasm. The Cardinals went up against the Chiefs in the major division that enhanced the football action for the evening.
