REBNY and Brooklyn Media Group to host Real Estate Conference in Williamsburg

Business is booming – and so is Brooklyn real estate.

The Brooklyn Real Estate Conference will be hosted on Thursday morning, April 7 at Weylin B. Seymour’s, presented by The Home Reporter, The Brooklyn Spectator and Star Network in association with the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

The event will feature networking and a keynote by Maria Torres-Springer, president and CEO of the New York City Economic Development Corporation, followed by two panels on Attracting Office and Commercial Tenants to Brooklyn and Addressing the Needs of Brooklyn’s Tenants of Tomorrow.

“The Brooklyn real estate market has tremendous opportunity and projects underway changing the landscape of many neighborhoods,” said Schneps Communications Co-Publisher Joshua Schneps. “This event will bring together experts in the industry to share insight and network with others working or interested in the Brooklyn real estate industry.”

“This exciting event offers a unique opportunity for real estate professionals and the public to better understand the latest trends and investment information affecting Brooklyn from industry leaders and influential thinkers,” said Jamie McShane, senior vice president of communications at REBNY. “Brooklyn is booming and the Real Estate Board of New York members are very involved with a growing number of exciting projects throughout Kings County.”

The event provides an opportunity to network and hear from top level real estate executives doing business in Brooklyn.

Weylin B. Seymour’s, formerly the Williamsburgh Savings Bank, is now a masterfully restored venue and event space in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It is in walking distance of the J, M, Z, and L subway lines with valet parking available for events.

Breakfast and networking will take place from 8 to 11 a.m.
