Santa Claus to appear during Dyker home’s open house

Santa Claus will be making an appearance during an open house for 8877 15th Avenue on Saturday, December 17 from 12-4 p.m. Thanks to Michael Kawochka and Dave Ratner of Warren Lewis Sotheby’s International Realty, attendees that check out the home will be able to get free pictures with Saint Nick in a photo booth set up for the occasion.

The home, listed for sale by Warren Lewis Sotheby’s International Realty, was built in 1930 on a 20 x 96.67 foot lot.

The semi-detached home contains three residential units, spread over three floors, configured as a two bedroom, one bath, over another two bedroom, one bath, over a one bedroom, one bath with backyard access.

The asking price is currently $1,288,888. The open house will be conducted between 1 and 3 p.m. Attendees that RSVP will be able to cut the photo booth line.
