Santa Claus will be attending an open house for this Dyker Home.

At one Dyker Heights home for sale, it’s not just about square footage anymore.

Santa Claus will be making an appearance during an open house for 8877 15th Avenue on Saturday, December 17 from 12-4 p.m. Thanks to Michael Kawochka and Dave Ratner of Warren Lewis Sotheby’s International Realty, attendees that check out the home will be able to get free pictures with Saint Nick in a photo booth set up for the occasion.

“Wait in line at the mall to pay for a photo with Santa?  Fuhgeddaboudit!” said listing agent Kawochka in a statement.  “Dyker Heights’ Christmas lights are a destination for 100,000 sightseers every year.  Come take your photo with Santa before it gets dark, tour the open house and make an offer, then start your tour of Brooklyn’s best lit winter wonderland neighborhood.”

In addition, homemade cookies and hot cocoa will be served. Carolers are welcome as well as home buyers.

The home, listed for sale by Warren Lewis Sotheby’s International Realty, was built in 1930 on a 20 x 96.67 foot lot.

The semi-detached home contains three residential units, spread over three floors, configured as a two bedroom, one bath, over another two bedroom, one bath, over a one bedroom, one bath with backyard access.

The asking price is currently $1,288,888. The open house will be conducted between 1 and 3 p.m. Attendees that RSVP will be able to cut the photo booth line.
