Senior Health and Financial Fitness Expo coming soon

Do you have health and fitness questions you want answered? You’re in luck.

The latest Senior Health and Financial Fitness Expo – to be hosted by the Home Reporter and the Brooklyn Spectator on Friday, November 14 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom at the Dyker Beach Golf Course, 1030 86th Street — is here to help.

And you don’t have to be over 65 to attend!

Throughout the event, which will be held at 1030 86th Street, attendees can speak one-on-one with healthcare professionals, representatives of financial institutions and health insurance companies, and more.

Over 30 exhibitors will be on hand, and there will be testing for blood pressure. In addition, there will be free coffee and cake for attendees, lots of free giveaways and tons of great raffle prizes to be won, as well as free parking.

Keynote speaker Doctor Lisa Golding-Granado, the medical director of Immediate Care, will discuss urgent care innovations.

In addition, a discussion panel will touch on an array of topics, including elder law, insurance, reverse mortgages, home care, Medicare, podiatry care, and much more.

View and participate in a variety of demonstrations including how to prepare a healthy salad by Saladmaster. Saladmaster will send a chef to your home for free and show you how to prepare a healthy dinner for any attendee who stops by at the company’s table.
