A 24-year-old man was arrested on assault charges for tasing a 62-year-old man with a stun gun at Third Avenue and 56th Street on Wednesday, August 2.

A 24-year-old man was arrested on assault charges for tasing a 62-year-old man with a stun gun at Third Avenue and 56th Street on Wednesday, August 2.

Reports say that at around 9:20 a.m., during an argument, the alleged attacker tased his victim in the left arm. As police officers arrived, the alleged perp emerged from his house with a hammer in his hand. He then raised it to the victim and said, “I’m going to kill you today. You’re going to be my first body.”
