Suspect wanted for Eighth Avenue subway station assault

Cops are looking for the perp, they say, punched a man in the face inside the Eighth Avenue N train subway station on Monday, October 19, within the confines of the 68th Precinct.

According to police, the suspect—described as a black man in his 30’s—approached the victim and asked him to swipe him through the turnstile at around 5 a.m. When the victim refused and walked to a different turnstile, the suspect allegedly moved closer and punched him in the face before fleeing the station.

The suspect is further described as being 6’2″ and 180 pounds. He is said to have long dead locks and a dark complexion.
