Cops seek man who assault a woman at Bensonhurst train station

Authorities are seeking a man wanted in connection with an assault inside a train around the Bensonhurst area.

Police claim that on Monday, November 6 at around 12:30 p.m., the suspect got into a verbal altercation with the victim, a 20-year-old woman, on the northbound D train approaching the 79th Street train station. The suspect grabbed the woman by the face and pushed her head up against the train car window.

Cops describe the assailant as a black man, 50-60 years old, around 5’ 9” and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black bubble coat, black shoes, a blue wool hat and light blue cultural attire.
