Cops seek two suspects wanted in attempted kidnapping of teen in South Slope area

Police are searching for two suspects, a female and a male, in connection with the attempted kidnapping of a 15-year-old girl in the South Slope area.

According to reports, on Friday, September 22 at around 2:40 p.m. on 19th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues, the teen was approached by the alleged perps in a black vehicle. After the female suspect talked to the victim, the male perp, who was the driver, exited the vehicle, grabbed the teen’s arm and tried to pull her into the car. However, the teen was able to break free of his grip and fled the location.

The female suspect is described as Asian, 30-40 years old, 5’4”, 140 pounds with short dark hair, and with a tattoo of a bow on her back.

The male suspect is described as white, 35-45 years old, around 5’7”, 180-200 pounds and with a heavy accent.

The vehicle is described as a dark-colored late model Jeep Cherokee SUV with unknown plates.
