REMINDER: Brooklyn Eats is on June 26

Take advantage of what the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce will offer.

On June 26, the chamber will host a day-long event called Brooklyn Eats, featuring over 100 borough-based food and beverage vendors.

Completely free, enjoy the tastes of Brooklyn.

“Brooklyn Eats will be the biggest and hottest food and beverage trade show the borough has ever seen,” said President and CEO of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, Carlo A. Scissura, adding “We all know the food scene in Brooklyn is special and this show wil bring together manufacturers all under one roof.”

Starting at 8:30 a.m., the event will kick off with a breakfast sponsored by National Grid, followed by a National Grid Presentation on energy-related cost savings and commercial kitchens.

At 11:30 a.m., Jacques Torres will discuss his new project at the Brooklyn Army Terminal, and at noon, there will be specialty foods for sale featuring Brooklyn’s food manufacturers.

Brooklyn Eats will go on until 8 p.m. with special guests appearances from Stephen Munshin of Edible Brooklyn and Jacques Torres of Jacques Torres Chocolate.
