Flames swept through a three-story building on Seventh Avenue and 54th Street Saturday.
The fire started at 5:50 a.m. in an e-bike store and spread to the upper floors.
FDNY officials said 12 units and 60 firefighters put out the blaze by 7:09 a.m. and there were no injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
