One man was rushed to Lutheran Medical Center the evening of Friday, February 27, though only with minor injuries, after flipping his vehicle and landing upside down next to a jogging path in Shore Road Park.
According to reports, the Silver Toyota four-door was driving along Shore Road near Third Avenue just past 7 p.m. when the driver lost control and crashed through the guardrail of the neighborhood park and coming to a stop in the woods.
Despite heavy damage, the motorist avoided any critical injuries.
Police are still investigating the incident.
