5-year-old critical after car hits him

A woman hit a 5-year-old boy with her car on Avenue N and East 12th Street Feb. 9.

Cops said the woman, 49, was pulling her 2012 BMW into a driveway at 2:54 p.m. when she hit the boy, who is in critical condition at Maimonides Medical Center.

The woman stayed at the scene and police are investigating the incident.
