WATCH: Pair sought connection to string of Bensonhurst robberies

Cops are on the lookout for two men wanted in connection to a string of robberies in Bensonhurst and beyond.

According to police, the pair of men – both Hispanic, approximately 5’5” and 175 pounds – are wanted in connections to robberies in the 62nd, 114th and 66th Precincts.

Authorities say that on Saturday, March 31, the duo entered a gas station at 7310 New Utrecht Avenue at around 3:20 a.m., went behind the counter and removed the register, containing approximately $600, and fled southbound on 16th Avenue by foot.

The next day, the two were spotted entering another gas station located at 2225 Bath Avenue at about 9:15 p.m. Once inside, the pair is said to have gone behind the counter, displayed a knife and pushed a 26-year-old man inside against the wall. The crooks pocketed about $700 and five packs of cigarettes before fleeing northbound on Bay 31st Street by foot.

On Monday, the pair made off with approximately $300 from a Queens grocery store, once again going behind the countering. According to cops, at about 4:30 a.m., the two entered the store, located at 21-01 31st Street, and threatened to hurt a 56-year-old man before fleeing northbound on 32nd Street in a white vehicle.

Finally, on Tuesday, cops say the two entered a third gas station – this time at 5025 Bay Parkway – at around 2:50 a.m., went behind the counter and punched a 37-year-old man in the head and shoulder before removing the register, which contained approximately $600, and eight packs of cigarettes. The two then fled northbound on McDonald Avenue in a vehicle.

Both were last seen wearing all black.
