Coldwell Banker Reliable welcomed to the neighborhood

The ribbon was cut, last Friday, on the newest branch of anestablished real estate firm.

Coldwell Banker Reliable celebrated the opening of its secondoffice at 6501 Bay Parkway. The firm has an established office inBay Ridge, at Bay Ridge Parkway and Fifth Avenue.

The selection of the Bensonhurst location was strategic, saidowner Joseph Hamdan.

We felt it would assist our growth strategy, he said. Thereare a lot of different communities there, and a few neighborhoodsborder the location, so we felt we could service three differentneighborhoods – Midwood, Gravesend and Bensonhurst – out of thatlocation.
