Hi Robin,

I get this question in one form or another every so often. I want you to think about this carefully. There is something to be said about when you get intimately involved with the opposite sex.

It basically changes everything and if ever that relationship ends (unless your relationship is like the one played on TV by Jerry Seinfeld and Elaine Benes) then you could be losing a good friend. You must be willing to take that risk. I wish there was a better way to say this.

Take the time to get to know more about your friend. Is he as interested as you are? Are you his type? Finding out more about how the other person feels about you will be a great way to make an educated decision before taking the risk. Good luck, Robin.
