A Silver Alert has been issued for 74-year-old Raynaldo Carmoega, who was last seen on Monday, April 15, walking out of the Oceanview Manor nursing home at 3010 West 33rd Street in Coney Island.
Carmoega suffers from dementia and was wearing a Safe Return bracelet on his right wrist. He stands 5’6″ tall, weighs 130 pounds, and is bald with a full beard.
