Five suspected pant thieves caught on camera on Atlantic Avenue

Over a month ago, five young men allegedly stole 20 pairs of pants from an Urban Outfitters at 166 Atlantic Avenue and police are now asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects, whose images were captured on surveillance video.

The suspects are all black men in their late 20s to early 30s, and their descriptions are as follows:

  • Suspect#1: M/B/30-35, 6’0-6’3″, last seen wearing a black hat, black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
  • Suspect#2: M/B/25-30, 5’9″-5’11”, last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, white sneakers and a dark colored cap.
  • Suspect#3: M/B/25-30, 5’9″-5’11”, last seen wearing blue jean jacket, and a red shirt.
  • Suspect#4: M/B/30-35, 6’0″,last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray dark jacket and white sneakers.
  • Suspect#5: description is not available.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, March 26 at around 8 p.m.. The suspects entered the store individually, distracted the store clerk, and walked out with the pants. No injuries were resulted.
