DOT to repave parts of DeKalb Avenue, requires cars to be moved on September 4

A two-block stretch of DeKalb Avenue, between Carlton Avenue and South Oxford Street, is due to be repaved during the night on Wednesday, September 4, according to a notice issued by Community Board 2.

The city Department of Transportation (DOT) has requested that cars be moved by that afternoon as any remaining cars will be “relocated, generally within three blocks.”

If owners are not able to locate their vehicle, they can call (718) 222-7285 to learn where it was towed to.

The paving is weather permitting, so if the time and date is postponed, we will update you on any changes.
