Raising funds, and fun, for a good cause

With her late grandmother in mind, Alyssa Guillen, a Junior at Bishop Kearney High School,recently held a fundraiser for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.

The fundraiser – dubbed Macaroni Night – took place at the Soul Café in the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd at Fourth Avenue and Bay Ridge Parkway.

This is the second year that Guillen has held the event in honor of her grandmother, Carol DiGrazia.
