A Ridge tradition was renewed on the evening of Sunday, December 1, as the Nativity scene outside Visitation Academy was lit, right before Mass, marking the beginning of Advent. Afterwards, Lorraine Marciano was presented with the Distinguished Faculty Award and John Perez was given the St. Francis De Sales Award by the Visitation Academy Fathers Club.
