Cops are looking to locate and identify the man, they say, robbed a 13th Avenue apartment on Friday, July 24.
According to police, the suspect entered a residential building on 13th Avenue – accompanying street number undisclosed – at around 10 a.m. He then entered a second floor apartment by pushing open the door.
The suspect – described as a white man wearing a green tank top – made off with $900 in cash and a wrist watch.
