This time, a three-story, mixed-use commercial space at 8212 Third Avenue holds the $2.3 million listing.

The 3,620-square-foot space is listed on real estate sites Trulia and Zillow as a multi-family home with four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a finished basement and parking available for two cars behind the building.

Built in 1927, the building is considered a commercial building with two apartments, according to Zillow. The newly renovated commercial space, recently occupied by a law firm, features six offices, two conference rooms, a file room, a reception area, three bathrooms, a full kitchen and a storage area. The two residential units are currently used as a single duplex.
