The U.S. Army Garrison Fort Hamilton gathered on Friday morning, September 9 on the base to commemorate the 15th anniversary of 9/11.
The solemn remembrance took place at the flagpole in front of Building 113.
The program honored those who perished in the attacks on September 11, 2001, and included a moment of silence for the victims of that fateful day and a laying of a wreath, as well as a gun salute by the New York City Recruiting Battalion.
