Cops seek man who punched woman in the face on D train

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man connected to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 66th Precinct.

According to cops, on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at around 4 p.m., a man – described by police only as black – was aboard a northbound D train entering the Ninth Avenue subway station when he approached a 24-year-old woman and punched her in the face.

The victim refused medical attention.
