A woman who was struck by a driver while riding a bike in Gravesend in January has died.
According to authorities, on Sat., Jan. 26, 63-year-old Susan Moses was riding her bicycle at Kings Highway and Van Sicklen Street when she collided with a driver operating a 2018 Toyota SUV.
Both Moses and the driver were heading southbound on Kings Highway at the time of the crash. Police found the woman at around 7 p.m. conscious with trauma to her head. She was rushed to Maimonides Medical Center for treatment.
On Sat., Feb. 2, at around 6:48 p.m., the Gravesend resident died from the injuries she sustained.
The driver remained on scene and no arrests have been made.
