The second-floor balcony of a house on Ridge Boulevard and 88th Street partially collapsed Monday night.
Firefighters arrived shortly before 8 p.m. and determined there were no structural integrity concerns.
All of the residents were accounted for and there were no injuries.
The Department of Buildings is investigating.
