A 6-year-old boy is in critical but stable condition after being hit by a Jeep Wrangler June 19.
Cops said the boy and his mother were crossing the street near 10th Avenue and 78th Street at 2:28 p.m. when the boy was hit. He suffered head and leg injuries and was rushed to Maimonides Medical Center.
The driver of the Jeep stayed at the scene.
