A man was shot in the forearm at 12 p.m. Monday as he walked past a group of people arguing on Fourth Avenue and 57th Street.
The group fled and the 60-year-old victim was rushed to NYU Langone Hospital – Brooklyn, where he was in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
