Man arrested in Fourth Avenue ax attack 

Cops arrested a man who allegedly axed a 31-year-old man in the torso on Fourth Avenue and 44th Street at 3:55 a.m. on July 4.

Alejandro Moran Rodriguez, 33, was charged with assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.

The victim was in stable condition at NYU Langone Hospital – Brooklyn.
