Armed robbers get thousands in merchandise

Three crooks robbed Lucky 1 Convenience on 13th Avenue and 78th Street Aug. 19.

The trio entered the store at around 8:45 p.m., showed a gun and stole $4,000 in merchandise. They fled west on 78th Street in a black car.
