A 19-year-old man was shot in the left leg on Fourth Avenue and 59th Street at 5:20 p.m. Thursday.
He is in stable condition in NYU Langone Hospital–Brooklyn.
According to ABC 7 NY, witnesses saw the victim and shooter arguing before shots were fired.
The shooter fled the scene.
