Teen jumps onto train tracks

A 14-year-old girl jumped onto the tracks at the Bay Ridge Avenue subway station Dec. 13, cops said.

Officers found the injured girl at around 11:45 p.m. She was taken to Maimonides Medical Center and was in stable condition.
