Woman stabbed to death, boyfriend charged

Cops arrested the boyfriend of a woman who was stabbed to death in her home on 42nd Street near Fourth Avenue Dec.1.

Eduardo Perez, 36, allegedly stabbed 25-year-old Maria Diaz in the chest at around 4:30 a.m. Diaz was pronounced dead at Maimonides Medical Center.

Perez was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
