A man robbed Carvel on Third Avenue between 86th and 87th streets at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The thief kept his hand inside a black bag and ordered a worker to give him cash from the register. He fled on foot.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
