A man touched a 9-year-old girl’s private parts on Eighth Avenue and 59th Street May 16.
The girl was walking on the sidewalk at 7:30 a.m. when the man groped her and ran away, cops said.
The suspect is around 5-foot-6 with an average build. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
