Police released information on Dec. 25 about a man who groped a 16-year-old girl in Bay Ridge back on Aug. 9.
Cops said that at around 1:10 p.m., the man approached the teenager on Fourth Avenue and 86th Street, grabbed her chest and tried to kiss her. He fled on foot.
