Health and Wellness Workshop at Owl’s Head Park

Join Dr. Vincent Adamo from Live Holistic in Bay Ridge for an hour-long workshop on nutrition, exercise, and healthy living. A NY State licensed chiropractor, Dr. Adamo serves all ages from babies to seniors. The workshop will be held on the lawn behind the flagpole/Memorial Garden. Bring a lawn chair or blanket.
