The NYPD arrested a suspect wanted for a public lewdness incident that occurred on Saturday, August 15 within the confines of the 62nd Precinct.
On Thursday, August 20, cops arrested Queens resident Confessor Pagan.
At approximately 4:35 p.m. on a southbound “D” train at the Bay Parkway subway station, the suspect was seen exposing his penis and performing a “lewd” act, according to cops. There were no physical injuries reported as a result of this incident.
