Cops seek perps involved in Sunset Park and Staten Island burglaries

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two men wanted in connection to several burglaries in Sunset Park and Staten Island.

On Saturday, October 8 at around 3:40 a.m., the two perps broke into the children’s clothing store Angel’s World, 5502 Fifth Avenue, in Sunset Park, through the rear door. They tried to steal the store’s safe but were unable to and fled the scene.

Then on Sunday, October 9 at around 3:48 a.m., the same two men broke into jewelry store Fortune Jewelers, 310 New Dorp Avenue, by breaking a hole in an adjoining wall. Cops say the thieves stole several pieces of jewelry and fled the location inside of a gold-colored sport utility vehicle driven by a third individual.

All three perps are described as Black men and were last seen wearing dark colored clothing. The vehicle is described as a gold colored Oldsmobile Bravada.
