Cops say a couple in their 40’s robbed a teenager of his cell phone on a Bensonhurst street earlier this month.

According to police, a 41-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman were arrested by cops for robbing a 17-year-old male of his cell phone while he was walking along 25th Avenue near 86th Street on Monday, April 10.

Reports claim that at around 3:52 p.m., the alleged crooks punched the victim in the face, took the phone and fled eastbound on 86th Street.

The two were later found and apprehended by cops; however, the phone has not been recovered.
